Editorial Policy
This page explains how Padmanjali content is created, checked, corrected and kept up to date.
Who is responsible
Padmanjali is published by Padmanjali Technologies, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Content is published under the byline "Padmanjali Editorial Team". Adipudi Kishore is responsible for editorial decisions and corrections on behalf of Padmanjali Technologies. This is an editorial and publishing role, not a medical, nutrition or Ayurveda qualification.
How content is created
Every page is planned around a real question a reader is likely to have. Writers draft content using reliable sources and their own practical knowledge, and an editor checks each page for accuracy, clarity and tone before it is published. We would rather publish fewer useful pages than many thin ones.
How sources are selected
We prefer primary and authoritative sources. These include government and public-health bodies, national food composition databases, peer-reviewed research and recognised professional organisations. For traditional topics such as Ayurveda and yoga, we draw on established classical and institutional sources and describe them as traditional practice, not as proven medical treatment. Where a page relies on specific sources, we list them on the page.
Health claims
We use cautious, educational language. We do not claim that any food, recipe, yoga practice, meditation technique or Ayurvedic practice cures, treats or prevents a disease, or that it can replace medication or medical care. If a topic involves diagnosis, treatment, medication or managing a medical condition, it is held for review by an appropriately qualified expert before publication, or it is not published.
How expert reviews work
Some pages are reviewed by a qualified expert, such as a nutritionist, yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner or medical professional. A page shows "Reviewed by" only when a named reviewer has actually reviewed it, and it shows the date of that review. We never describe a page as medically reviewed unless a qualified medical professional has reviewed it. Pages without a reviewer credit have not had an expert review.
AI-assisted drafting
We may use AI tools to help with research outlines or early drafts. AI-assisted text is never published as is. A human editor checks every fact against reliable sources, rewrites where needed and takes responsibility for the final page. AI tools are not listed as authors or reviewers.
Corrections
If we find or are told about an error, we check it and correct the page as quickly as we can. Significant corrections are noted on the page. You can report a possible error through our contact page.
Updates
We review published content periodically and when new information becomes available. Each page shows the date it was last updated.
Independence
Padmanjali content is not paid for by food, supplement or wellness brands. If that ever changes, sponsored content will be clearly labelled.
